The lovely terrace by the river was perfect for chilling, and the views of the swans made it special!

Lovely clean facilities in general, comfortable and decent location near roundabout or Caversham bridge. Comfortable beds, air conditioner, a lounge and an iron in the room.

Well-maintained and nicely appointed hotel, responsive stuff despite considerable efforts of staff, everything was fine. Brand-new and extremely pleasant rooms complete with an excellant view and a large balcony and a nice desk, value for money. Central location, relatively near Q Club. Very very nice area close enough to a roundabout as well as local restaurants and river walks.

The venue is high-class, with good food and perfect location right on the Thames. Friendly efficient and very efficient staff despite considerable efforts of staff, everything is really good. A nice touch is also the complementary beverages in the poolside bar.

Views are very limited.

Get a quiet room, windows can be opened and you can easily sleep with the window open. Equipment a bit outdated but very well maintained. Cheap rooms at the weekend!

The room had a lovely view of the river while the cleanliness could use improvement.

View to the water / bridge quite nice, but is rather a side view of it. Fridge in the room. Equipment is better than average for English standards.

Breakfast in the executive area does not deserve the name, it is rather a small snack with toast, packed cheddar and a cheap sausage à la Lyoner and coffee from the machine.

The staff were pleasant and our room was very good and clean. The location by the river Thames was super, especially on a glorious day. The swimming pool was excellent. The breakfast was good - particularly the variety of nuts, seeds and fruit.

We thought the bar area could have been a little more inviting.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Even though the hotel is on a busy road and roundabout the soundproofing is excellent. I enjoyed using the spa facilities especially.

Reasonably good breakfast, compact king room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and clean facilities.

Shower head was broken on arrival and was not fixed by the time we booked out... so it was impossible to shower... we are not 'bath' people. Drinks at the bar were very expensive (£8.00 for a whiskey and ice).
